PCI Latency Timer

This feature sets the latency timer of each PCI device installed on a PCI bus. Select

64 to set the PCI latency to 64 PCI clock cycles. The options are 32, 64, 96, 128,

160, 192, 224 and 248.

PCI IDE BusMaster

When this item is enabled, the AMI BIOS uses PCI bus mastering for reading and

writing to IDE drives. The options are Disabled and Enabled.

PCIe I/O Performance

Some add-on cards perform faster with the coalesce feature, which limits the pay-

load size to 128 MB; while others, with a payload size of 256 MB which inhibits

the coalesce feature. Please refer to your add-on card user guide for the desired

setting. The options are 256 MB and 128MB.

ROM Scan Ordering

This feature allows the user to decide which Option ROM to be activated ﬁ rst. The

options are Onboard ﬁ rst and Add-On ﬁ rst.

PCI-E Slots 1~7 x8

This feature allows the user to Enable or Disable any of the PCI slots. The

options are Enable and Disable.

Onboard LAN Option ROM Select

This feature allows the user to select the onboard LAN option ROM type. The op-

tions are iSCSI and PXE.

Load Onboard LAN1 Option ROM/Load Onboard LAN2 Option ROM

Select Enabled to enable the onboard LAN1 or LAN2 Option ROM. This is to boot

computer using a network interface. The options are Enabled and Disabled.

Boot Graphics Adapter Priority

This feature allows the user to select the priority graphics adapter for system boot.

The options are Auto and Onboard VGA.

XSuper IO Device Conﬁ guration

Serial Port1 Address

This option speciﬁ es the base I/O port address and the Interrupt Request address of

Serial Port 1. Select Disabled to prevent the serial port from accessing any system

resources. When this option is set to Disabled, the serial port physically becomes

unavailable. Select 3F8/IRQ4 to allow the serial port to use 3F8 as its I/O port ad-
